What it is

All-on-4 carries a whole arch of teeth on four implants, angled to use the bone that is there rather than requiring the bone that is not. For many patients it removes the need for grafting, and it is fixed in place — it is not a denture.

Temporary teeth go on in the same week as the placement, so you do not spend the healing months without teeth. The final arch is fitted on the second visit, once the implants have integrated.

What happens

  1. Consultation, before you fly

    A CT scan is usually needed. It tells us whether four implants will carry the arch in your case, and that answer comes before you book anything.

  2. Placement and temporaries, first visit

    The implants are placed and a temporary fixed arch is fitted the same week. You fly home with teeth.

  3. Healing, at home

    Several months while the implants integrate. Your coordinator stays with you through it.

  4. The final arch, second visit

    Back in İzmir, the permanent restoration is made, fitted and adjusted.

Who it suits
