What it is
Turkey regulates the treatment of international patients. A clinic that treats them must hold a health tourism authorisation certificate issued by the Ministry of Health, and that certificate carries a number.
The certificate is issued to the premises, not to the company — which is why there are two of them. Bayraklı holds ST-3325 and Mavişehir holds ST-3324. Whichever clinic you are treated at, that clinic holds its own authorisation, and the number above is the one to quote when you check it.
Both numbers are on this page, in the footer of every page on this site, and in the structured data of the home page, so they can be checked with the Ministry rather than taken on trust.
What it means for you
- The clinic is authorised to treat patients travelling from abroad
- Treatment is performed in contracted health institutions holding that authorisation
- The authorisation is a licence to treat international patients — it is not a warranty, and not a rating
