Locadent International is a dental practice in İzmir, founded in 2019 by two dentists who still treat in it, and built around patients who have travelled to reach it.
Who we are
Locadent operates two clinics in İzmir — Bayraklı and Mavişehir — staffed by seven dentists, each with at least fifteen years of clinical experience. They work as one team across both sites: the clinic you attend is decided by your treatment and your dates, not by which list you happened to land on.
The practice holds a health tourism authorisation from the Republic of Türkiye's Ministry of Health for each clinic — ST-3325 for Bayraklı and ST-3324 for Mavişehir. It is published in full on this site because a credential you cannot check is not a credential.
How Locadent started
Kamil Oransay was born in Manisa in 1983, left İzmir Atatürk Lisesi in 2002 and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ege University in 2009. Davut Kosor was born in Kütahya in 1985 and graduated from the same faculty a year later.
Both were running private practices by 2011. In 2019 they founded Özel Locadent Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Poliklinikleri together — the practice that runs the two clinics you can visit today.
The specialisms they qualified in are still the ones they practise: implantology for Kamil Oransay, smile design for Davut Kosor. It is worth saying plainly, because it is not true everywhere — the two people who founded this practice are two of the people who treat in it.
How we work
Everything is agreed before you fly: the plan, the quote, and what happens if the examination changes either. Treatment is designed digitally and shown to you for approval before anything is prepared. Transfers and clinic taxis are included with every treatment; hotel accommodation is arranged for you and confirmed as part of your plan.
We do not publish fixed prices and we do not publish invented before-and-after pairs. What is on this site — the reviews, the figures, the authorisation number — can be checked.
