The questions
we are asked most.

Cost, timing, what is included and what is not. If your question is not here, ask us — the answer arrives the same way.

Cost and quotes

How much will my treatment cost?

It depends on what you need, and nobody can tell you until a dentist has looked. What we can tell you is the shape of it: most UK patients save somewhere between 55% and 80% against typical UK private fees, depending on the treatment. Your own figure comes with your written quote, before you book anything.

The savings estimator on the home page gives you the band for the treatment you are considering.

Why are there no prices on this website?

Because a price published before anyone has looked at your mouth is a guess, and a guess that is wrong by the time you arrive is worse than no price at all. Every quote here is written after an examination of your photographs or a video call, and it is agreed in writing before you fly.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. Send photographs through WhatsApp or book a video call, and a dentist looks at them — not a salesperson. You get a treatment plan and a clear quote at the end of it. No cost, no obligation, and no pressure to book a flight.

Can the price change once I arrive?

Only if the examination changes the plan — and if it does, you are told before any work starts, not after. The quote you agreed in writing does not move on its own.

How do I pay, and is there a deposit?

Payments are processed by iyzico; Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Troy are accepted, and card details are never stored by us. A reservation deposit holds your appointment and is deducted from your treatment invoice in full when you arrive. The balance is part of your personalised plan.

The terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

Can I get the deposit back if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from the date of payment to withdraw, provided the appointment has not yet been confirmed and treatment planning has not started. Tell us in writing by email. After that window, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. Where the two documents differ on a deposit, the Distance Sales Agreement governs.

Before you fly

Do I have to come to Turkey for a consultation first?

No. The consultation happens from home, through photographs or a video call. You arrive with a plan and a quote already agreed.

How long will I need to stay?

Crowns, veneers and a full smile take five to seven days, in one visit. Implants and All-on-4 are two visits, months apart, because bone heals at its own pace and there is no way to hurry it.

Treatment normally begins the day after you land, which leaves the day you arrive to settle in.

Who books the flights?

You do. İzmir's Adnan Menderes airport is around three and a half hours from London, direct. Booking your own flights keeps the dates and the airline in your hands.

Are transfers included?

Yes, and this one is not conditional. Private airport transfers both ways are included with every treatment, as is every taxi between your hotel and the clinic.

Is the hotel included?

Hotel accommodation is arranged for you within walking distance of the clinic and confirmed with your coordinator as part of your treatment plan. We say arranged rather than included deliberately: it is agreed with you after the consultation, not promised in advance to everybody.

What is there to do between appointments?

The Aegean coast is around thirty minutes from the clinic, and most people spend at least one of their days on it. There is more on İzmir — it is a real part of why people choose to come here rather than a decoration on the brochure.

The clinics and the team

Where exactly are you?

Two clinics in İzmir. Bayraklı is at Mansuroğlu, Manas Blv. No:10 D:B, 35535 Bayraklı; Mavişehir is at Caher Dudayev Blv. No:70/B, 35550 Karşıyaka. Maps and details are on the clinics page.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00. Closed on Sunday. İzmir is on GMT+3, which is two hours ahead of the UK in winter and three in summer.

Who will treat me?

A practice of seven dentists, listed with their specialisms on the about page. Which of them treats you depends on what you need — a periodontist for gum work, a prosthodontist for a full reconstruction.

Are you authorised to treat international patients?

Yes. Bayraklı holds authorisation ST-3325 and Mavişehir holds ST-3324, both issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye. We publish the number rather than a badge, so you can check it. See the authorisation page.

The treatment itself

Which implant systems do you use?

Straumann, from Switzerland; i-Linq, also Swiss, made in Yverdon-les- Bains; and MegaGen from South Korea. Which one suits you is part of the plan, not a cost-cutting decision made on the day.

How do you decide between a veneer, a crown and an implant?

By what is left of the tooth, not by what is on a price list. A sound tooth that is the wrong shade takes a veneer; a broken-down or root- treated tooth takes a crown; a missing tooth takes an implant; a jaw that has lost most of its teeth takes All-on-4.

That assessment happens at the consultation, before you book a flight — and if what you have asked for is not what you need, we say so then.

Do I see the design before anything is done?

Yes. X-rays and an examination happen on the first day, then the digital design. You see it and approve it before anything is prepared.

Why are implants two visits?

An implant is a titanium root that has to fuse with your jawbone before a crown can be loaded onto it, and that takes months. Anyone offering to do the whole thing in a week is describing something else.

Warranty and aftercare

What does the warranty cover, and for how long?

Implants are covered for life. Zirconia crowns and veneers are covered for seven years. The covered events are breakage and loss of the restoration. Full detail is on the warranty page.

What do I have to do to keep it valid?

One check-up a year. It is a condition of the warranty rather than a recommendation — without it, cover lapses. It is written here rather than in an appendix because finding it out afterwards is how people lose cover they thought they had.

Can the annual check-up be done remotely?

No. A dentist has to examine the work in your mouth. Photographs and a video call do not count, however useful they are for everything else. Talk to your coordinator about arranging yours before you fly home.

What happens if the clinic is no longer here in ten years?

The warranty is given twice over, by the clinic and by the manufacturer, and the two run independently. The manufacturer's cover on an implant system does not depend on this clinic still existing — which is what people are really asking when they ask about warranties on treatment abroad.

Something has gone wrong and I am at home. What now?

Message your coordinator, or the clinic on WhatsApp, with photographs. It is the same number you had throughout your treatment and it is the fastest route to an answer. Aftercare does not end at the airport.

Your details

What happens to the information I send you?

It is used to prepare your assessment and to reply to you. Because the clinic is in Turkey, your data is processed outside the UK. What we hold, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted are set out in the Privacy and Security Policy.

Will you add me to a marketing list?

Not without asking. The consent box on the enquiry form covers replying to your enquiry, and nothing else. WhatsApp messages are a separate box that you tick or leave alone. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
