Treatment Deposit

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

SELLER: Locadent International — Mansuroğlu, Manas Blv. No:10 D:B, 35535 Bayraklı, İzmir / Turkey — www.locadentinternational.com
BUYER: The person completing this deposit payment via www.locadentinternational.com.

ARTICLE 2: SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the deposit payment made electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website. As soon as the payment is completed, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

ARTICLE 3: DEPOSIT TERMS

The deposit amount selected by the BUYER (£300 / €300 / $300 / £500 / €500 / $500) constitutes a reservation deposit for dental treatment services provided by Locadent International. This amount will be fully deducted from the BUYER's total treatment invoice upon arrival at the clinic. The deposit does not represent the full cost of treatment; the remaining balance will be communicated to the BUYER as part of their personalized treatment plan.

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. This agreement shall enter into force on the date of electronic approval by the BUYER.
4.2. The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood all terms and have given necessary approval for the payment in electronic form.
4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering contracted services in a sound and complete manner.
4.4. If, for any reason, the deposit is not successfully processed or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed free of the obligation to reserve the appointment.
4.5. If the BUYER's credit card is used fraudulently by unauthorized persons due to the BUYER's fault, and the bank does not pay the amount to the SELLER, the BUYER shall compensate the SELLER within 3 (three) days.
4.6. In cases where the BUYER exercises their right of withdrawal or if the service cannot be supplied, the refund will be issued to the BUYER's bank card by the SELLER within the statutory period. The refund timeline to the card is subject to the BUYER's bank processing times.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment, provided that the appointment has not yet been confirmed or treatment planning has not commenced. To exercise this right, the SELLER must be notified in writing via email.
5.2. Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, or for personalized medical/dental treatment plans already prepared for the BUYER.
5.3. For international patients, the BUYER is responsible for any travel, visa, or customs-related costs. The SELLER bears no liability for issues arising from international travel arrangements.

ARTICLE 6: DEFAULT & FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that the SELLER cannot perform the service within due time due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, interruption of transportation), the BUYER may choose to cancel the order or postpone the service. In case of cancellation under these conditions, the deposit shall be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days.

ARTICLE 7: AUTHORIZED COURT

In case of disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of İzmir shall be authorized in accordance with applicable Turkish law.
The English version of this Agreement is for informational purposes only. In case of any dispute, the Turkish version of the contract shall prevail.
