2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement governs the terms and conditions of the online deposit or full payments made by the Patient for dental treatments, consultations, and related health tourism services provided by Locadent International. By making a payment through our website, the Patient agrees to these terms.

3. Services and Pricing

The services provided include dental consultations, customized treatment plans (e.g., implants, veneers, crowns, smile design), and related medical procedures.

The prices for treatments are estimated based on the online consultation (photos/x-rays). The final treatment plan and total cost can only be definitively confirmed after an in-person clinical and radiographic examination by our dentists in Izmir, Turkey.

Online payments act as a secure deposit to reserve clinical time and start laboratory preparations (if applicable). The remaining balance is payable at the clinic before the treatment begins.

4. Payment Terms and Security

All online transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway provider, iyzico.

We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

The Clinic does not store or process your credit card information on its own servers.

5. Patient Responsibilities

The Patient agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current medications, and allergies prior to any treatment. The Clinic is not liable for any complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

The Patient acknowledges that dentistry and medicine are not exact sciences; therefore, while we strive for the highest aesthetic and functional results, specific outcomes cannot be 100% guaranteed.

6. Cancellation and Refund All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review the policy on our website for detailed timeframes and non-refundable conditions.

7. Force Majeure The Clinic shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or flight/travel disruptions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement or the medical services provided, the Courts and Execution Offices of Izmir, Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
