Welcome to Locadent International. This policy outlines the terms regarding the deposits and payments made through our website for dental treatments and consultation services.
1. Deposit Payments To secure your appointment and treatment plan at our clinic, a deposit payment is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance can be paid online or in-person at our clinic in Izmir, Turkey, before the treatment begins.
2. Service Delivery As a dental clinic, we do not ship physical products. "Delivery" of our service refers to the in-person dental treatments and medical consultations provided at our physical clinic location on your scheduled appointment dates.
3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy for online deposits and full payments is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 14 days before your scheduled treatment date, 100% of your deposit/payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Partial/No Refund: If you cancel your appointment within less than 14 days of your scheduled treatment, your deposit is non-refundable to cover the reserved clinical time and preparation costs.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without any penalty, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Once a treatment has commenced, or if custom dental materials (such as crowns, veneers, aligners, or dentures) have already been manufactured or prepared in the laboratory specifically for you, no refunds can be issued for those specific items or completed procedures.
No-shows without prior notice will forfeit their entire deposit.
5. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.
